Our areas of operation include Recruitment, Staffing, Transition, and Education. In labor market projects, we are a complementary actor to the Employment Service and one of Sweden's leading providers of job matching through the Rusta and Matcha service.

About the position

As a coach in Rusta and Matcha, you support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work includes, among other things:

• Individual guidance and coaching
• Matching against jobs and education
• Contact with employers and network building
• Support in application processes and interview preparations

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is good at building relationships and thrives in a dynamic environment. You are social, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Inspiring and motivating people is your strength!

Requirements profile (meet at least one of the following options):

Option 1:

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
• At least two years of full-time work experience

Option 2:

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing result
• At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:
• Management with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Desirable qualities and experiences:

• Strong network within the local business community
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
• Ability to create and maintain relationships
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
• Good communication skills and coaching approach
• Digital competence and experience in holding online meetings
